On Friday night the Form 7s and 8s were invited to board ahead of Form 8's Saturday morning lessons.
We had reserved a table at the Golden Arches Restaurant in scenic Galashiels and all enjoyed a hearty meal. After dinner we headed to Netherdale to watch the country's top amateur players cuff their Irish counterparts in the first half of a ripper of a Club International. The Irish came roaring back into the match in the second period but the Scotland XV just held on to win 35 - 26.
It was a fantastic occasion and the children were a credit to our great wee school. Well done to you all.
